Welcome to your monthly dose of all things HAPPENING here at Studio M! If you are new here, you can expect one of these emails towards the beginning of each month. We suggest saving these in a folder so that you can reference it multiple times through the month and the season.

WELCOME BACK PARTY!!!
We are having our WELCOME BACK PARTY next week!! We are hoping to GET AHEAD of the ordering RUSH by getting all shoes & apparel ordered in advance of the first week of dance. So if you are in need of shoes, leotards, tights or Studio M merchandise, come on over!! Also, if you are new here and want to check out the space and meet your teachers, please swing on by. We will have some yard GAMES, an outdoor craft project, a surprise sweet treat & MORE!! Join us as we race, jump & dance to START SEASON SIX!!

LEVEL 3 & LEVEL 4 CLASSES PLUS SPARKLERS
The upper level classes and all levels of the Sparklers program are not accessible via the parent portal for registration. If your dancer was recommended for any of these classes, please be sure to email us so that we can get them enrolled.
PRIVATE LESSONS
The private lesson puzzle has begun!! If you have let us know that you are interested in private lessons, you will be receiving some scheduling options soon. Please be on the lookout! If you are interested in private lessons, please let us know ASAP as our schedule is quite full this season.
SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS
We have had a fantastic enrollment this summer and have already seen the need to add additional Level 1 classes. These classes are now open in the system so check them out to see if they are a better fit for your family. If you still find that your chosen class is full, please be sure to add your dancer to the waitlist. We will continue to monitor enrollments, make adjustments, expand classes & add new classes if the schedule permits.
We will also cancel any classes that don’t meet the enrollment threshold by August 26th. If you are enrolled in one of these classes, we will do our best to move you to a similar class.
ACCOUNTS
Tavja has been working hard to make sure that all accounts are accurate and that all discounts have been applied. We encourage you to double check our work by logging on to your account and checking it. I have attached the fee schedule below for your reference.
Season 6 policies are in the updating process. Be on the lookout for an automated email to sign them so we are all current going into this new season.
TO AVOID NSF FEES PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS UPDATED IN THE SYSTEM.

SEPTEMBER TUITION
Your September tuition is already posted to your account which means you won’t get the automated posting email. We will send a reminder email out around September 25th so that you are ready for your September 1st tuition pull. If you want to pay your tuition at any time before that, feel free to log in to the Parent Portal. The link is below.

IMPORTANT DATES
We have most of our important dates figured out for the season and we wanted to get them to you ASAP! Please take note (and mark your calendar) of Recital Week. We don’t get to choose the week that we have recital as the theater rotates all local studios each year. We are now the second recital week of ‘recital season’ – May 26th-June 1st. You read that correct, we will be having shows over the weekend again as we likely won’t be able to rehearse on Memorial Day. More rehearsal & show information will be released as we get closer to the end of the season. For now, please add this week to your calendars!! Besides that, all of our breaks & spirit weeks have been decided as well as tuition pulls, recital costume fee & recital fee!! Yay!!
