Hope you had a lovely, fun-filled weekend! We are beginning our weekly recital emails this week as it’s officially WEEK 1 of our journey to PARADISE.
Please read on for your weekly recital email with IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
RECITAL TICKETS
Recital tickets are ON SALE NOW!! We use a 3rd party vendor for ticket sales called Tutu Tix which makes purchasing tickets so much easier for everyone! All tickets are $15 plus fees and will be selected seats not general admission. Tickets go up to $18 on May 1st. Children under 3 can sit on a lap. Tickets are exchangeable but NOT REFUNDABLE so please pay close attention to the date of the tickets you are purchasing. Any and all ticketing questions will go through Tutu Tix after purchase. MY BUDDY & ME
We are currently having another amazing tiny dancer workshop! We started last week but it’s not too late to join! If you have a tiny mover age 18months-2yrs, this is the workshop for you. We meet on Thursdays from 10:30am-11am & we have lots of developmentally appropriate FUN!! Each week buddies & their favorite grown up learn a concept through movement, singing & play! It’s a fun time for all! Register through the Parent Portal.
COLORING CONTEST
We are having our 4th annual coloring contest!! If your dancer wants to participate, please have them pick up a coloring sheet from the office (or print off from the link below) & bring it back to the studio. Feel free to get creative & make your sheet a piece of art!! Make sure they have their name on it so when we pick the winners, we know who to get the prize to. YEP…PRIZES!! Please return your picture by April 30th to be considered for a prize.

SPIRIT WEEK – WOWZA STUDIO M IS PARADISE – April 29th-May 3rd
Our last Spirit Week of the season is going to be the PERFECT way to begin our Recital FUN! Spirit Week will be NEXT WEEK – April 29th-May 3rd – and we are asking that dancers wear their Studio M gear this week or the following colors: PURPLE, White, Black, Grey. Please be sure that basic dress code rules are followed: midriffs & bottoms covered, hair pulled back & appropriate shoes. IT’S GOING TO BE SUCH AN EXCITING WEEK!
MASTER RECITAL SPREADSHEET
Attached is our MASTER Recital Spreadsheet for you to reference with everything you need to know from costume details, hair, shoes, tights and so much more, along with all schedule information in one place. A few things to note, props are listed but Studio M provides all props, so no need to worry there, and each tab represents one of the Experiences IN show order.

Please be aware of the specific shoe color your dancer will be needing, we are past the point of being able to order so you will be responsible for ensuring your dancers have the shoes, in the correct color for picture week and recital. Shoe details were included on the costume detail card when costumes went home as well. We’ve also had a lot of makeup questions, this is your choice, but we would love to see mascara, blush, and red lipstick on dancers, so they aren’t washed out on stage with all of the lights.

STAR-GRAMS
These digital telegrams are a FUN way to show your performer a little extra love & support during recital! We will project these images on screen above the stage before & after the show. Your STUDIO M STARS will be thrilled to see themselves on the BIG SCREEN! Email the studio to purchase your STAR-Gram today! $10 – Text Only; $25 Text & Photo. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT – MAY 3RD.

PARADISE RECITAL PACKET QR CODE
We have created a handy QR code with the recital season calendar plus all schedules & show orders. If you open the attached PDF & scan it with your phone, you can have all of the most IMPORTANT information at the tip of your fingers…on your phone!! We will also post this around the studio if it’s easier for you to scan it that way.
